Saint Meinrad Archabbey, St. Meinrad, IN, will present a Baroque music concert on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. Central Time. The concert will be in the Archabbey Church.
The concert will be performed by the DeSota Baroque Ensemble, which includes Milene Moreira, Baroque violin; Sun-Young Gemma Shin, Baroque violin; Aaron Romm, Baroque trumpet; Martha Stiehl, harpsichord and organ; Rafael Ramirez, Baroque viola and mandolin; and Rebecca Shaw, Baroque cello.
Also performing will be tenor Br. John Mark Falkenhain, OSB, of Saint Meinrad.
Selections will include music by Bach, Schmelzer, Handel, Telemann, Matteis and Vivaldi.
