This role will assist the director in the day-to-day operation of the Archabbey food service department. We serve the monastic community, students, guests, and co-workers. Responsibilities include overseeing preparation and serving of meals with special attention to quality control, purchasing of food, assisting with staff needs, and creating daily work schedules.
Qualifications of this position include a minimum of 2 years’ experience, ability to lead/manage people, experience with cooking, and excellent computer skills. Flexibility, initiative, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills are required.
