Join our Graduate Theology team as a Program Associate!
You will help our lay students encounter Christ through prayer, study, and service. If you are looking to use your talents to serve a mission-driven organization, this is the opportunity for you!
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists in the planning and coordination of events, seminars, and workshops including weekend, online, and intensive classes. Occasional weekend coverage is required.
- Coordinates communication between faculty, students, and internal and external stakeholders including via social media management.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of program activities, participants, and instructors.
- Assists in the development, distribution, and evaluation of program materials, including newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Provides administrative support to the program director and instructors, including scheduling meetings, distributing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Coordinates accommodations for program instructors and participants as well as travel reimbursements for instructors.
- Supports the Institute for Sacred Music as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Catholic theology and ministry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
