Fr. Christian Raab gave a talk titled “Our Lady for Our Times” at the University of Evansville Newman Center, Evansville, IN, on November 28.

Fr. Denis Robinson, Fr. Thomas Gricoski and Br. James Jensen traveled to Rome and London with the deacon class (IV Theology) for the January term pilgrimage. Fr. Thomas was the retreat director at Saint Meinrad’s mother house, Einsiedeln Abbey in Switzerland.

Fr. Julian Peters traveled to South Korea January 3-10 to visit alumni of the Diocese of Busan. While there, he attended the deacon ordination of seminarian Francisco Bark from the Diocese of Masan.

Br. John Mark Falkenhain gave the annual retreat for the seminarians of Simon Brute College Seminary on January 8-11.

Fr. Eugene Hensell conducted a biblical retreat for the Society of the Divine Word missionaries in Techny, IL, on January 27-31.

Br. Simon Herrmann was a panelist at the Forum for Theological Exploration’s annual Youth Theology Network gathering in Indianapolis, IN, on January 30.

Br. John Mark Falkenhain presented a celibacy formation workshop for the national seminary in Maynooth, Ireland, in late January-early February.

Fr. Julian Peters represented the Saint Meinrad Institute for Priests and Presbyterates at the annual NOCERCC (National Organization for Continuing Education of Roman Catholic Clergy) conference in Austin, TX, February 25-28.

Fr. Mateo Zamora was appointed to the CareNotes Advisory Board on January 29..

Fr. Eugene Hensell gave a program on the Passion narratives of the Gospels at Holy Spirit Parish, Naperville, IL, on March 19-20.

Fr. Tobias Colgan assisted with the canonical visitation at St. Anselm Abbey in Washington, D.C., from March 24-28. St. Anselm Abbey belongs to the English Benedictine Congregation.

Novice Dennis Reyes defended his doctoral dissertation at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, IL, on March 29.
