“Heart on Fire,” a day-long women’s workshop, will be offered on May 27, 2026, from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Central time at the Saint Meinrad Guest House and Retreat Center. The retreat will be led by Jane Feliz Rush.
The stories of women in the Church who have bravely and boldly stood in the fire of the Holy Spirit can enrich the lives of those who hear them. Participants will reflect on saints, mystics, doctors of the Church, and women they know who continue to teach them even now. They will also consider how they are called to step into the fire of Pentecost, face their own truths, and speak God’s truth to the world.
Jane Feliz Rush holds a master’s in theological studies from Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology. Formerly a Catholic school teacher, campus minister, and administrator, she currently serves as a retreat facilitator, speaker, and writer.
