The Rule of St. Benedict is not to be speed-read, but some of its many treasures do lie close to the surface. This retreat offers a guided five-part look at some of its buried treasures. From the opening conference (“Running the Way of the Lord’s Commands—while dodging some speed bumps”) to its conclusion (“The School of the Lord’s Service: the final exam”), we will explore several major themes in The Rule.
